Product Details

1/2” Metal T Connector Faucet Diverter Valve Drinking Water Filter 1/4" Ball Valve and Adapter Ring 1/4"Pipe

Diverter valves are great when you want to leave your water filter unit, countertop, drinking water, portable ro/di plumbed in. They fit most standard faucets and can be adapted using an adapter ring (included) for male/female thread.

Installing the T Connector Inlet Kit

  1. Turn off the under sink valve that feeds the cold water faucet on your sink, then disconnect the flexible connector that attaches to it.
  2. Screw the female side of the T Connector onto the valve, then attach the flexible cold water line to the top (male) thread of the T Connector.
  3. Screw the quick connect fitting onto the remaining male thread of the T Connector, then push either end of the 1/4" inlet tube into the fitting.
  4. Push the other end of the 1/4" inlet tube into the “In” port of your water filter. Be sure that the inline valve in the tube is off (blue handle perpendicular to the tube).
  5. Turn on the cold water valve for your faucet and check for leaks.
  6. When you're ready to start up the water filtration unit, turn on the inline valve and check for leaks.
