Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
We are committed to providing quality products to our customers. Please take the time to familiarise yourself with our returns terms and conditions before making a purchase online. Your purchase may be exchanged for another purchase or you can have your online account credited with the purchase value or we can simply process a refund. Higher value gifts may be substituted with payment of the difference. Please return the unwanted gift to our head office 30 Fabio Court, Campbellfield VICTORIA 3061 Australia within the 30 days of purchase. Returned goods must be unused and in resalable condition. Refunds less shipping cost will be processed once goods are returned. No Returns on used products such as Juicers, Blenders, Water Filters or opened supplements.
Unless it's a faulty product, this policy is not designed for customers to buy a product, use it and decide to return it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, and in its original packaging for resale. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We have the right to charge for the original shipping costs to send the item to you.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@aquariuswater.com.au. If your return is accepted, you are responsible for all shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please Note:
Re Water Filter Products. In line with Australian health & safety guidelines unfortunately once water has passed through the water filter system, we can not give you a refund under our 30 day purchase guarantee.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Buyer is responsible for the return. The product must be returned to us in a re-sellable condition (unused and free from damage).
Buyer is responsible for return goods and 20% restocking fees may be charged on returns.
If you've paid with AfterPay and return an item, we may also keep the 6%+GST fee they charge us as they do not refund this back to us.
You can always contact us regarding any questions you may have.
If you contacted us and we did agree for a refund, make sure that you return the full item including all attachments and the original box otherwise we will not proceed with a refund.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
