Description
Aquarius Polyspun Sediment Filter – 20" x 4.5"
Triple-gradient polypropylene sediment replacement cartridge for compatible 20" x 4.5" whole-house filter housings.
What it does
Designed to capture suspended particulate matter including dirt, sand, silt, rust and clay. Graded-density construction uses more open outer layers and finer inner layers to distribute sediment loading through the cartridge.
Compatibility
- Size: 20" x 4.5"
- Commonly used as Stage 1 in compatible Aquarius whole-house systems.
- Confirm your housing dimensions and existing cartridge configuration before ordering.
Replacement guidance
Typically replace every 6–12 months, or earlier where sediment loading causes noticeable flow reduction. Actual life depends heavily on source-water quality and household consumption.
This is a particulate sediment cartridge; it does not by itself provide chemical or microbiological disinfection.
